Q: What are warranty terms?

The storage environment of the product has a direct influence on the quality of the plastic component during the SMT soldering process. Please store the products under the following conditions:

· TEMPERATURE: 5~30℃

· HUMIDITY: 65% Max

Product warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery under the above stipulated conditions. It is recommended that products are used within 6 months of the delivery date. No claims will be entertained for products returned after 12 months.

Q: How long is the quote valid?

Our quote’s validity period is usually within 1 month.

Q: How do you ensure the product quality?

All our products must to through strict inspections in various steps. All orders must endure 100% inspection before shipping to customers.

Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company?

CINT has its own factory, named YUEQING AUSO ELECTRICAL CO., LTD., has 15+ years experience in product design, tooling development, and manufacturing, stamping hardware part. Injection molding plastic part producing, automatic assembly. We complete these procedure in house.

Q: How do you accommodate & control different capacity of order demand?

Due to different production methods we employ, our production lines are very flexible to meet different customers orders.

We adopted automated assembly machines, to achieve efficiency for high-volume production ability.

For medium-volume order, we employed modular automation machines. In this way, similar products could share the process, reduce the quantity of machine turnaround.

Q: What is a new tooling development lead time?

In average, it will take 30 working days to produce a new tooling. This is based on design is confirmed.

Q: What is CINT product lead time?

Our standard lead time is 7-15 days after payment. If stock is available, lead time will be shorter.

Q: How is your capabilities?

CINT team can utilize various intelligent software to optimize a design. While a component is developed, it will be severely tested in our state-of-art equipped lab. During manufacturing, automation is considering to use if the mass quantity is very big.

Q: Can you design product based on our demand?

Sure, we OEM product for customers from different countries.

Q: What shall customer do before design a new component?

Send all your information, including datasheet, demand qty, annual qty, application. Ship us your samples if you have. Our team will issue a solution to meet your needs.
