We purchase all materials from original qualified international top-brand suppliers, and all materials are eco-friendly with SGS & RoHS certificates. Housing parts material are mainly PA66, PBT series; ECU enclosure materials are ADC 12 or PA66; Header pin materials are H62, H65, QSN6.5-0.1 etc series copper. We do 100% inspection to all raw materials before entering factory warehouse. Besides, we strictly ensure the material be up to date.

We focus our priority energy in the product quality.  We adopted sufficient intelligent testing equipment and devices to guarantee the quality in new product development.  Including: insertion force testing;  pull-off force testing, tensile strength testing, drop testing, vibration testing, anti-temperature testing, humidity testing, salt-spray testing, waterproof testing, air tightness testing, hardness testing, conductivity testing, insulation resistance testing, voltage withstand testing, etc.

For bulk orders, we implement strict quality control process.   Random samples are drawn from each batch, carry out rigorous testing in harsh conditions.  We do strict inspection to 100% finished products.   Our QC team comply with ISO standards in each components & step, such as connector housing injection, pin header crimping & stamping, pin plating, pin assembly, package.
